How can I cancel my order?

You can cancel your order until 24 hours after the payment is confirmed, this is the time it takes for us to prepare your package and send it to the transport company.

I accidentally entered the wrong address, What can I do?

You can email us at leneonllc@gmail.com and ask our Customer Personnel to change it for you right away.  

We can only change your address within 24 hours after your purchase.

What can I do if I received a broken or damaged item?
